Charlotte, North Carolina-based developer The Ghazi Company plans to build a $120 million mixed-use condominium, hotel and entertainment facility on the property at 401-441 West Wisconsin Avenue. The location has been used only as a parking lot, and city planners wanted to put the site into better use. The proposed project as a solution to Milwaukee's housing needs, is examined.

McCownGordon to lead renovation of historic museum
Article Abstract:
McCownGordon Construction will be responsible for the renovation of the second floor of the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City, Missouri. The renovation will create new galleries for American and American Indian collections and increase overall space of the museum from 8,000 to 10,300 square feet.
