Fiscal: rectitude pays off

Article Abstract:

Fiscal Properties is a UK real estate company which was floated in 1994. There was little demand for the company's shares and the share price dropped. The company was set up in 1985 and focuses on prime public sector leases. The company's managing director is Gordon Bloor and he has acquired an office block in Leicester, England, for 8 million pounds sterling. Fiscal's directly held portfolio has been valued at 69 million pounds sterling. Development can create value in the UK market, but there are risks, Bloor argues.
