On the road

Article Abstract:

The market for offices in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England, is variable, with demand for high quality space being left unfulfilled, whilst much of the 1970s space remains unlet. There is little retail development in the centre of town although a new leisure and retail area is planned for the outskirts of town in 2001. Industrial development on the Gloucester Business park is going ahead, with the completion of the 25 million pounds sterling auto parts manufacturing plant. Improvements in road access has helped increase the interest of developers in the area.
