Operating under the new Form 8-K accelerated and expanded reporting requirements

Suggestions are offered to enable the companies in complying with the Securities and Exchange Commission's new reporting requirements of Form 8-K. Form 8-K requires companies to identify and evaluate the significance of reportable incidents and furnish a report thereof to SEC.
