Office supply in the town has reduced since 1997, with no new developments in the pipeline and strong demand for units of 46-232 sq mt.

The retail scheme has breathed new life into the town, according to property expert David Wells. The retail chain store Peacocks is to rent 604 square meters at the Teesland Developments site.
