The Teesland Developments Portland Walk shopping center in Barrow in Furness, England, is almost fully occupied by retail outlets. Well-known chain stores are included in the list of tenants. The retail scheme has breathed new life into the town, according to property expert David Wells. The retail chain store Peacocks is to rent 604 square meters at the Teesland Developments site.
