The year of living courageously

Article Abstract:

The UK property industry is having to work hard to ensure they make a profit. Some firms are taking advantage of the market and selling to foreign investors. Those companies which require constantly increasing rental values for their properties are particularly suffering due to low inflation and low growth in the UK economy. Some companies acknowledge they need to work more closely with their occupiers and give them the services they require to become successful.
