Sea change into something rich

Article Abstract:

Demand for office space in the London boroughs of Hammersmith and Brentford is gradually increasing and there is a dearth of high quality commercial space available for rent. Entertainment giant Walt Disney has taken 13,006 mt in Hammersmith Broadway and has also acquired further space from Germany's Hypo Bank. An analysis of the commercial and industrial property market in Hammersmith and Brentford is presented.

Is it bonny for the Clyde?

Article Abstract:

Glasgow, Scotland is seeing its city centre office space become scarce in 2001, despite some new development. The city has little out of town development, but a new business district by the River Clyde should remedy this.
