Plans for the Lander Group's 2626 West Lake Street project and Brighton Development's The Portland, both in Minneapolis, Minnesota, were canceled due to a drop in buyer demand. The two cancellations follow other real estate projects that were cancelled due to the crunch in the condominium market.
