Article Abstract:

The town of Gloucester, England, has traditionally found it difficult to attract occupiers. However, this situation is likely to be reversed as road access to the M5 improves. The upgrading of the A417/419 between Gloucester and Swindon will have a particularly positive impact on the property market in Gloucester. A key site will be the Gloucester Business Park, situated just south of the A417 where it joins the M5.

Reaping bypass benefits
