Property is merely part of a wider process, according to Manchester Millennium Project Director Alison Nimmo. She does not feel that property should be regarded as just a means to an end. She welcomes the many challenges associated with her role, even though she has found her work difficult at times. She is uncertain about what will happen when she returns to KPMG, from which she is on a long-term secondment.
