Leonard Wise studies police files and combs Center City streets in his search for the real killer of Kimberly Ernest. Despite lack of evidence, his 20-year-old son, Richard Wise, and Herbert Haak, another petty hood, are being charged for the Nov. 1995 rape-murder of the 26-year-old paralegal.
