Article Abstract:

Issues concerning the problems encountered by teachers trying to rehabilitate children with self-destructive behaviour are discussed, with particular focus on Sandy Schoenholtz's successful psychiatric career. Her approach in dealing with psychologically disturbed young people is presented.
