Federal arrangements and the provision of public good in India
Article Abstract:
The current intellectual trends advocate devolution of authority from national governments to local governments and civil society for the provision of public goods. The results, based on a large national survey conducted in India, indicates that most of the Indians still depend on the state, and state governments to solve the problems faced by them.

Article Abstract:
The strategic rationale behind Indo-Iranian engagement and the constraints that still hinder this bilateral relationship from realizing its full potential are examined. Bilateral relations between India and Iran have increased since the early 1990s and the recent visit by the Iranian president to India has inspired them with new momentum.
