Links and the teaching of contemporary issues in the francophone world
Article Abstract:
A Web-based approach to teaching an American class on contemporary issues in France is discussed. Topics include class structure and resources, highs and lows of the experience, and the effect of Web-based instruction on teaching and learning.

Student web pages in advanced French
Article Abstract:
A one-credit course in advanced French is described, in which students study a topic in French or Francophone culture and also learn how to create Web pages. A course syllabus is included.
