Lou Gambaccini resigned last July 1996 as general manager of Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority after eight years of service. His arguments with Sen. Fumo regarding contract deals led to the senator's clamor for Lou's ouster. A brief profile of Lou's works are presented.
