The European Union: A role model for regional governance?
Article Abstract:
The European Union (EU), the most advanced model of regional governance, is analyzed in an international context by studying the evolution and diverse features of other examples of regional governance around the world. It is concluded that recurring patterns within the trend towards regional governance in the EU project it in a positive light and justify the institutional logic behind its structure.
