The soul of an old machine

Article Abstract:

Univ of Pennsylvania professors Eckert and Mauchly invented the computer, which they called the ENIAC (Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer), in 1946. Sadly, they received very little money or credit for the machine that subsequently revolutionized business and industry.
