Clinton picks his science adviser

Article Abstract:

President-elect Clinton has chosen Office of Technology Assessment Dir John Gibbons to be his White House science advisor. Gibbons is expected to work closely with vice president-elect Al Gore in his new post since Gore will be in charge of much of the new administration's science policy.
