The Universal Serial Bus (USB) is one feature of the Windows 98 software that addresses the problem of slow data movement from video capture devices, or digital cameras by using high-speed avenues. Aside from USB, Windows 98 also accommodates DVD-ROM drives and the Accelerated Graphics Port chip.
