Is evolution a social construction?

Article Abstract:

The concept of evolution is subject to different interpretations, specifically with regard to its social dimension. Several concepts have characterized the nature of evolution. It has been correlated as the summation of cultural concepts disguised as objective truth. It has also been depicted as a medium supporting prejudices and the power and status of both men and women. However, an analysis of different interpretations and conclusions revealed that evolution can be best characterized as a discipline promoting virtues, truth and knowledge.

A model of organizational learning based on control

Article Abstract:

A study has been conducted to develop a theoretical model on the role of technology in organizations by focusing on the role of knowledge in theories about organizational learning and control. It has been revealed that knowledge embedding involves the transformation of tacit knowledge into a more usable form. The developed model can be used to uncover dimensions of risk in field of technology control and can also help managers and researchers understand the certain issues associated with the corporate treatment of knowledge.
