Determining the age of the universe
Article Abstract:
Scientists and astronomers have utilized various mathematical models designed to measure the age of the universe. The Cosmological Model uses various parameters, such as the Hubble Constant and the deceleration parameter. Another technique uses models of the thermonuclear evolution of stars and models of stellar atmospheres. By comparing the results of both methods, scientists have pegged the universe's age at approximately 13 billion years.
