In on the act
Article Abstract:
The UK leisure industry, as a major service and facilities provider, is directly affected by the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, which becomes law in December 1996. The act aims to end discriminations against people with disabilities and providers of leisure services may not treat disabled people differently to anyone else. In order to comply with the act, leisure industry companies are advised to establish a written policy on access for the disabled and should also introduce disability awareness training for staff.

Accurate movement of two-probe components
Article Abstract:
A reciprocal tapping study of a two probe task that indicates an electronic component reaching its socket reveals a linear relationship between movement time and the distance between the two probes. Multiple regression is observed in a particular length zone under the influence of varying target width and height in geometrical models of the two probe task.
