Tougher demands, new solution

UK engineering firm Perkins Technology turned to SDRC's Metaphase 2 product data management (PDM) software to improve its data management process. PDM allowed the development of a technical product database, creation of technical documents and integration of user interfaces for PC and UNIX platforms. The company has also applied PDM to a new product introduction process and plans to use PDM to manage product life cycles and workflows.
