Nickel speciation and complexation kinetics in freshwater by ligand exchange and DPCSV

Article Abstract:

This study undertakes to determine the speciation of Nickel in lake, river and groundwater samples, through a technique of ligand exchange with DPCSV and dimethylglyoxime (DMG). The study was conducted by the Swiss Federal Institute for Environmental Science and Technology.

Approaching zero discharge in uranium reprocessing: photochemical reduction of uranyl

Article Abstract:

This study undertakes the photochemical reduction of uranyl in order to generate UO(2) without the reduction of hydrogen. The study was conducted by Chemical Science and Technology, Los Alamos National Laboratory.
