Massachusetts facility to install $500 million cooling towers

Dominion, a Richmond, Virginia-based energy provider, agreed to install a water-saving cooling system at Brayton Point Power Station in Somerset, Massachusetts. The construction of the $500 million closed-cycle system was part of a settlement between the company and the EPA.
