Showdown over clean air science
Article Abstract:
Research linking air pollution to fatalities has led to new Environmental Protection Agency rules that will cost industry $9.7 billion each year for equipment to reduce pollutants and lower ozone levels. Opponents of the rules are challenging the studies.
