Shuttle mission to seek antimatter
Article Abstract:
Nobel laureate Samuel Ting's proposal to include a Chinese-built device for studying antimatter and other particles in a 1998 space shuttle mission may be denied due to growing political tensions between the US and China. Washington officials warned NASA in 1994 not to initiate any joint projects with China.
