Article Abstract:
Sea otters hit by the first effects of the Exxon Valdez spill, continue to feed on clams and other food in areas that contain pockets of oil, thus helping release trapped petroleum but falling sick in turn. This leaves the ecologists in a dilemma whether to remove the oil or let the animals continue digging and pay the price.
