The second abortion pill. (mifepristone)

Article Abstract:

The so-called abortion pill, RU-486 or mifepristone, needs to be used in conjunction with another drug, misoprostol. The use of misoprostol for abortion is off-label, and physicians may be reluctant to use the drug for abortion. The reluctance to use the drug off-label may reduce access to abortions, when its approval was intended to have the opposite effect. Mifepristone may have successful off-label uses for non-abortion related conditions as well.

Forestalling violence: American youths are suffering an epidemic of violence, both in and out of the classroom. Designing effective prevention programs is proving difficult

Article Abstract:

The violence prevention programs in schools were found to be ineffective in curbing youth violence. Surveys by concerned organizations showed that only through the use of a comprehensive program that involves conflict resolution training, peer counseling and peer mediation, as well has home counseling, can youth violence be reduced.
