Article Abstract:

The report of the Institute of Personnel and Development in UK outlines the real benefits of investments in training and suggests methods to develop cooperation between human resource development personnels and line managers. Change of direction

Article Abstract:

More people are motivated to pursue a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) to protect their current jobs rather than to diversify their careers. Organizations are sponsoring employees for MBA qualification as a professional development strategy. Details of a survey on MBA graduates and their results are presented.
