Will Dolly send in the clones? The first mammalian clone, produced from an adult sheep, took the world by storm, but leaves a rash of unanswered scientific questions in her wake
Article Abstract:
The cloning a sheep from an adult holds much promise for medicine and livestock, but little is understood about the process. Ian Wilmut and Keith Campbell were able to clone adult DNA only on the 227th try. DNA is normally only totipotent if taken from the first four embryonic cells.

The lamb that roared
Article Abstract:
The cloning of a lamb from a single cell of a six-year-old ewe was a stunning achievement that may have applications in many areas of research. However, the technology ignited a controversy about the ethical implications of cloning.
