Fulminant chemical hepatitis possibly associated with donepezil and sertraline therapy
Article Abstract:
A case of fulminant hepatitis, perhaps related to concomitant donepezil and sertraline therapy, is described. The patient was an 83-year-old woman with Alzheimer's disease treated in a dementia care facility and later in a tertiary medical center. Donepezil and sertraline therapy were discontinued; improvement then occurred. Liver function tests normalized over the next two months.

Temporal arteritis: a clinical approach
Article Abstract:
A Medline English-language search of the 1966-1998 literature was carried out in an effort to develop a clinical approach to temporal arteritis (TA). More than 300 articles about TA were considered. A user-friendly guide to its evaluation has been developed and it may assist clinicians in care of patients who have the condition.
