How young friends keep us young

Old people sometimes feel much older and more alone as their outlooks have shrunk along with the shrinking of their circle of friends. For good health and well-being, old people must develop friendships with younger people who are more enthusiastic and fun. Doing volunteer work, enrolling in a class and extending one's hospitality are some of the ways by which one can refresh one's circle of friends.
