Quality of life of older adults with urinary incontinence
Article Abstract:
More research is needed to determine what impact urinary incontinence has on quality of life. Two 1998 studies shed some light on this topic. One found that patients' definitions of quality of life differ from their physicians'. They were concerned about coping with embarrassment or an interruption in activities. The second study found that urinary incontinence and its severity directly impacted self reports of poor health.

The driving habits of adults aged 60 years and older
Article Abstract:
Researchers conducted a population based survey to identify clinical cues that signal driving difficulty in older people. Respondents were questioned about their driving status and recent adverse driving experiences. The study's results were inconclusive, underscoring the importance of the inquiry about driving as an independent component of functional assessment.
