Fatigue in an older population

Article Abstract:

A cross-sectional interviewer-assisted survey into fatigue relative to demographic and medical characteristics in a long-term care setting has been carried out. This common symptom has not been well studied in older people. Fatigue was found to occur often in the residential facility population and is probably undertreated. There are important implications for quality of life.
