Born in 1971 in Illinois, Alison Krauss, American bluegrass singer and fiddler, began studying classical violin at the age of five and it was immediately clear that she had talent. Her hit album "Now that I've found you" was nominated for four Country Music Association Awards all of which Krauss won, and earned two more Grammys.
