Concept and career-stage differentiation in obsolescence research
Article Abstract:
Obsolescence research should not only consider the work-based factors of obsolescence but should also analyze the knowledge to be gained, the time constraints to get knowledge and the various reference groups. Research should also encompass the capability to adapt to new advances. Also, the particular position of a person in the career path should be taken into account rather than just age.
