A new metaphor for organization development
Article Abstract:
The introduction of a new metaphor, organizational decoration, to provide a way of conceiving organizational development (OD) as an aesthetic endeavor, is discussed. The consideration of organizational decoration is hoped to serve as a provocation and disturbance device as much as an embellishment for pleasurable effect.

The leveling of organizational culture: egalitarianism in critical postmodern organization theory
Article Abstract:
The author reviews arguments and suggestions offered by postmodern organization theorists. He concludes this group's critique of power and knowledge destroys the basis of moral culture, and suggests appreciation of moral tradition is a more balanced approach.
