Education Finance and Imperfections in Information
Article Abstract:
The efficient allocation of educational resources is examined in an Arrowtype discrimination model. Income contingent loans are found to be the preferred financing of education given endogenous imperfect market information. Misallocation of educational resources is amelirated.
