Error Orientation Questionnaire (EOQ): reliability, validity, and different language equivalence
Article Abstract:
The Error Orientation Questionnaire (EOQ) is an eight-scale psychometric designed for use in various European countries. Six of the scales used were selected using LISREL methods. These are the scales that measure error competence, learning from errors, error risk taking, error stain, error anticipation and covering up errors. Two additional EOQ scales, error communication and thinking about errors, were added to improve psychometric validity. Issues related to language equivalence in English and Dutch are also examined.
