High technology in uncertain times: the case of Bluetooth

Article Abstract:

A research is conducted to overlook the Bluetooth consortium, a loosely framed network of firms involved in the development and commercialization of wireless technical applications for information technology based products. It is found that matters related to intellectual property ownership and inter-firm coordination in complex product development have been problematic, with the deterioration of environmental magnificence.

Free software and copyright enforcement: A tool for global copyright policy?

Article Abstract:

The free software community uses primarily non-legal enforcement methods and trusts on social norms. It is argued that free software could be used as a tool to make copyright more accepted in the less developed world because of its positive connection with copyright and community based approach while explaining why strong copyright is in the interest of free-software developers.

Canadian bulk water exports: analyzing the sun belt conflict using the graph model for conflict resolution

Article Abstract:

The conflict over the bulk export of water from Canada due to the increase of interstate trade agreement, disagreement in involving different jurisdictions, environmental regulations and resource management, is presented. A conflict analysis technique called Graph Model for Conflict Resolution is used to illustrate complex environmental disputes.
