Institutional support for investment in domestic technologies: an analysis of the role of government in India

The institutional support rendered by the government of India for the investments in domestic technologies through the financial instruments like the tax incentives, grants, loans and venture capital and the role played by the Indian policies are analyzed. The suitable policy actions are also suggested.
