Article Abstract:
The author notes that zombies seem to be the most popular monsters of the 21st century and present day culture has made zombies out of everyone by blocking out the emotional experiences. Popular zombie films are an expression of repressed class antagonisms, family conflicts and the deadening effects of modern life.
