Electronic gadgets never forget

Article Abstract:

Issues regarding the lack of security in modern electronic devices, including computers and telephones, are discussed. Encrypting e-mail messages and verifying that the documents received have not been tampered with may be the solution, and URLs on the subject and listing encryption products are given.

E-mail in the workplace: limitations on privacy

Article Abstract:

Issues regarding the lack of security in electronic mail (e-mail) and the limitations to the privacy of e-mail in the workplace are discussed. The federal law on the issue, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, and state and common law are also touched on.
