Paul Chapman: retired
Article Abstract:
Paul D. Chapman retired as president of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) on Dec 31, 1991. Chapman started his career as a public housing administrator when he was appointed as the Project Supervisor, Planning Director and Urban Renewal Director of the housing authority of the city of Little Rock, AR, in 1956. Chapman's numerous achievements include leading the Livestock Show Area Rehabilitation Project, organizing the Oklahoma State Chapter of the National Association and serving as Board Chairman of the Tulsa YMCA.
