Structural equation model for predicting technology commercialization success index (TCSI)

Article Abstract:

In order to determine the ideal environment for commercialization from the R&D stage, a Structural Equation Model (SEM) forecasting the Technology Commercialization Success Index (TCSI), has been used. The findings are then verified with the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI).
