Discriminating among organizational politics, justice, and support

Article Abstract:

Issues concerning discriminations amongst organizational support, politics and justice are discussed on the basis of examples provided by 418 employees. Particular importance is given to predictors such as centralization and cooperation between workers.

The Interactive Effects of Procedural Justice and Exchange Ideology on Supervisor-Rated Commitment

Article Abstract:

This paper studies the distinction between continuance and affective commitment by employees. In the first commitment, the employee considers his or her economic investment in the company and the cost of leaving it (continuance) are involved, while in the second, the employee's identification with the mission and goals of the organization as well as the emotional bonds between employee and organization (affective) are involved.
