Article Abstract:
The phenomenal technological improvements in communication and related sciences have enhanced the power and success of globalized organized crime. The countries of the world should sacrifice some of their sovereignty by subjecting themselves to a global judiciary or criminal code. The international court of the 21st century should possess sufficient political power to enforce an international code of justice.
