A survey of program evaluators' responses to hypothetical ethical scenarios indicated conflicts in interpreting professional ethics guidelines. Generally, business/consulting evaluators interpreted ethical guidelines differently than evaluators in other fields.

Alternative solutions to the problem of selection bias in an analysis of federal residential drug treatment programs
Article Abstract:
Research presented here shows that drug abuse treatment in prison and after release reduces the likelihood that the prisoner would return. Ideas for correcting bias in selection of prisoners allowed to participate in drug programs are suggested.
