Leptin hunger, and body weight: influence of gender, tobacco smoking, and smoking abstinence
Article Abstract:
Leptin, a hormone that determines body weight and hunger patterns, was observed amongst smokers and non-smokers, both males and females. Men revealed higher hunger levels than females, and females reported high leptin levels than men, irrespective of smoking conditions.
